Founded by Charles Michaels in 2010. Charles is an esteemed carpenter with a meticulous eye for detail. He started Charlesgate because he abhorred some of the work he had seen from others in the industry and felt he could not put his name to the finished product when working for others. After years of building and developing a diverse array of properties with his team of loyal craftsman, his brother, Adam jumped aboard to provide a system of support behind all the fine detail we find so pleasing on the eye.
Our point of difference and the value we add can be seen in our relationships with our clients. We love to understand our customers vision from the get-go, and being proud masters of our work, we aim to provide a finished project to the highest of standards using only quality materials.

We understand what it takes to get from the ideation phase to having drawings or even illustrations made so that one can visualise their project to its full potential and then let fun begin.
The Build
Entrusting us into your home or business to make improvements is a part of the process that requires an understanding from both parties. Nevertheless we take preparation very seriously so that we cause minimum disruption to your busy life.
We project manage everything from beginning to end including working alongside any contractors you have preference to.
Aftercare
We provide our service to the very end and always endeavour to leave our client’s property in picture perfect condition, whats more, we strive to provide a lifetime of support therefore always being there if issues pop up unannounced down the line.
We make it clear in our agreements that anything untoward after completion will be resolved without question.
