Charlesgate provide a comprehensive design and build service with our experienced team of expert craftsman and tradesman for the construction of beautiful homes within Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Since 2010, We have developed and built homes for private clients as well as property developers. Charlesgate have been able to secure sites on behalf of clients, help them achieve planning and guide them through each stage of the development process from initial ideas and concepts to completion and providing everything in between.
Projects
Having developed Charlesgate from the ground up (no pun intended) we have undertaken projects in all aspects of residential building, landscaping and commercial works. Beginning our working life as carpenters we always endeavour to be involved in a project from pre-planning and the initial design through to build completion and aftercare.
Most of our building work is carried out in the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas including, but not limited to building in Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, St. Albans, Aylesbury, Amersham and Beaconsfield.
Smaller
At Charlesgate we love smaller projects too. Including extensions, remodelling, renovations and we also have great experience working within buildings of historical importance that are listed by Historic England.
We offer every element of the design and build service and do not limit ourselves to project size – small and large extensions, new builds, remodelling, refurbishing, landscaping, new kitchens, loft conversions and because we’re carpenters, absolutely anything involving wood!
Workshop
The workshop allows us to complete more complicated and intricate projects away from the chaos of the building site. It helps us to create the final detail on building aspects such as bespoke staircases, wardrobes and cabinetry.
